Table Rental Information

Here’s how the booth cost breaks down:

Standard Vendor/Exhibitor Table = $120 

One 8' table​

2 x chairs

2 x convention passes


Electricity = $15.00 (Based on availability) 

Additional Tables = $60.00

Types of Tables

Vendor - Standard Table that is being used to sell Goods or services for profit. Artists that need a bigger space can also apply for these.

Exhibitor - Table is being used to demonstrate or show a product or event. Not intended for sale of goods or services.

Artist Alley - Discounted table for Local Artists. The artist, have to run the table themselves and items on the tables must be created by the artist.

Community - No charge table for community clubs and groups. Table cannot be used to sell for profit unless given special authorization.

Charity - No charge table for charity groups. can fund raise, exhibit and sell goods for their cause. 

Table FAQ

Can my Table have electricity? Yes, however we cannot guarantee availability. we recommend bringing your OWN POWER STRIP AND EXTENSION CORDS. Electric tables will have an additional cost

How big is the Table? Standard tables Each table is 8′ x 30″. Artist Alley and Community tables are 6'

Are table clothes included? We are not offering table clothes so please bring your own!

Do I have to load in on Friday? Not this year. Friday setup will be optional but we need to have everything in place by 10:00am on Saturday. 

Does filling out this form guarantee me a spot? No. This form adds you to the interest list. When we open up Tables rentals, you’ll have to move quickly to snag your spot. Only when payment is received will you have a guarantee to your spot.

Can I split a Table? Yes, but you’ll both need to fill out the vendor paperwork and abide by the Convention rules. You cannot split an Artist Table.

Can I bring a tent? Strongly discouraged unless it’s 8’x5′ or smaller.

Can I hang things on the wall/tape things to the floor? Yes, HOWEVER: you must use gaffer’s/painter’s tape and non-destructive material like 3M hooks for hanging things on the wall. You will be responsible for paying for any repairs due to damage in your table area.

Do I have to use the tables you provide? Nope. You can bring your own 8’x30″ or smaller tables (make sure they have pads on the feet). Please let us know well in advance if this is your plan.

What happened to the split artist table from last year? After the feedback we received we decided to use 6' tables for this year and avoid the split tables. This will give more room to the artist and make the organization a little simpler.
